The principals and staff of ChiefLand, LLC bring to the table years of experience in the areas of building design, construction, and property management. Our collective skill set includes architecture, design and development, construction, project management, leasing, and law. In fact, two of our properties—that at 832 S. Florida Ave. and the Ariana Center—were designed and their construction supervised by our team.

Our newest project — Northside Village at US Highway 98 North and Duff Road in Lakeland — is our most ambitious to date, and reveals much about our priorities as a company. Far more than a shopping center, Northside Village will be a place to work and live — a true village providing a broad range of amenities and services in an upscale village setting.
